Kushibar recently opened in September of 2008 by founder and well known seattle restauranteur, Steven Han.  The inspiration behind Kushibar is the street food scene of Asia, and more specifically, Japan. The menu features a variety of small dishes and the environment is such that the casual diner can relax with friends have some beer and taste the assortment of food.
